Rockstead originated in 2008 with the establishment of our due diligence proposition, supporting buyers, sellers and holders of assets in the financial services sector, particularly around mortgages and loans.
Our experience in that sector is unrivalled and we have established a reputation for independent, transparent and experienced reporting, based on our ‘tell it as we see it’ philosophy.
We operate in the UK, and across Europe and our services have expanded into other areas over the years including the provision of third-party supplier oversight, compliance and risk reviews, staffing services and process improvement expertise to support businesses throughout the region.
In Ireland we have a subsidiary business and permanent offices in Dublin that supports the Irish business community. We have local representation in Iberia and have carried numerous projects across the EU.
The Rockstead Group included Yabber Global during its development phase and whilst there remain common shareholders, the business models are fundamentally different and it was decided to set Yabber up under a separate structure from December 2019. We still regard the company as a ‘sister’ and provide links to its website below.
The Rockstead Group Board takes its responsibilities seriously and ensures no conflicts exist between the various functions within the company. All the group companies remain up to date with current legislation and codes of practice, have appropriate insurance to cover activities and maintain a transparent position in everything they do.
The board is led by the Chairman, Steve Haggerty and Group CEO, Brian Pitt who are supported by a team of experienced Exec and Non Executive directors.
